As a Business Support Associate in our Customer Service Department, you will be making follow up calls to our existing customers to improve customer relations. The position will also focus on using verbal and written communication to prepare quotes, process customer orders and follow through after shipments. Your challenge is to listen to our customer’s needs and provide solutions to help them.

- Enjoy talking with people on the phone.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Previous B2B Customer Service experience.
- Mechanically inclined.
- 2 years of college or technical school a plus.

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
